Anjay Sakuru has some background in digital assurance and enterprise AI solutions. A passionate advocate for women's empowerment, he co-founded Sthree Adhikar to provide shelter, legal aid, and economic opportunities for women in need. 

With expertise in operations, product design, and private equity, he is dedicated to driving impactful change and fostering a safer, more inclusive society.

Ms. Anita Sakuru is a tech-entrepreneur, mentor and a social activist. She has 35 years of Technology and Entrepreneurial experience and has been doing social work since her school days in Vijayawada.

Anita, has been a founding member of Impact Foundation, a foundation providing free cancer treatment for children suffering with cancer. (IMPACT - Caring for children with cancer) Other than this, she has been a part of various education and healthcare initiatives.

Sakuru Foundation for Sthree Adhikar has been formed particularly to help woman in distress due to abuse from families or outside. She vision is to empower women to be family oriented, economically independent and socially contributing part of the society.

Mayur Patnala Kankanala is a visionary social entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Nirmaan Organization, a non-profit dedicated to education, livelihoods, and disaster relief. With over 20 years of experience in building impactful social initiatives, he has led projects that have transformed the lives of thousands across India. 

As an advisor to Sthree Adhikar, Mayur brings invaluable expertise in organizational development, social innovation, and large-scale empowerment programs. His deep commitment to women’s rights and inclusive development makes him a driving force behind the mission of Sthree Adhikar.

Mr. RamaKrishna Raju is a dedicated advocate for sustainable agriculture and rural development. As the CEO & Management Representative of BREDS at Centurion University and Founder Director of Grama Tarang Inclusive Development Services Pvt. Ltd., he has been instrumental in empowering farming communities through innovative and integrated agricultural practices. 

With a strong focus on natural farming, resource optimization, and farmer entrepreneurship, he has worked extensively to enhance rural livelihoods. As an advisor to Sthree Adhikar, his expertise in economic empowerment and sustainability plays a crucial role in shaping programs that support women-led enterprises and financial independence.
